With reference to the above subject, the empanelment of M/s Kamakshi Hospital, Mysuru with CGHS Bengaluru is hereby extended up to 31.03.2029, subject to the timely renewal of its NABH accreditation, as the hospital is currently NABH Entry Level accredited (valid up to 09.03.2028).
