Sub: Extension of timelines for completion of APAR for the year 2024-2025.
Ref: Board’s letter No. PC-VII/2025/HRMS/15 dated 27.05.2026
Kindly refer to Board’s letter referred about wherein timelines for completion of various stages of e-APAR for the year 2024-2025 was specified.
2. Though the timelines mentioned therein has already been over, requests for extension of the timelines specifically for considering the pending representations has been received from certain field units.
3. These requests have been considered by the competent authority and it has been decided to extend the timeline for completion of pending representations up to 30th September 2026. The field units may kindly note that the timeline has been extended as a last chance for completion of the pending APARs and no further extensions will be granted in any circumstances. Therefore, all the field units are advised to take necessary action to dispose the pending representations within this time period.
4. This issues with the approval of competent authority.
