Sub: Nomination of Nodal Officers for Nation-Wide Digital Life Certificate Campaign (DLC) 5.0, November 1st-30th, 2026.
Ref: Board’s letter No.2020/AC-II/21/3/3320794 dated 28.09.2026.
Attention is invited to Board’s letter No. 2020/AC-II/21/3/3320794 dated 28.09.2026 (copy enclosed) wherein, comprehensive guidelines for the Nation-Wide Digital Life Certificate Campaign 5.0 November, 2026 have been issued to Zonal Railways. In this regard, a meeting was held in DoPPW/Ministry of Pension & Public Grievance for working out modalities for implementing the Nation-Wide DLC Campaign 5.0. As per the directions received in this meeting, Zonal Railway are requested to take following initiative for implementing DLC 5.0.
1. Each Zonal Railway is requested to nominate one Nodal Officer; Dy. CPO (Welfare)/Dy. CPO(HQ) who is looking after Welfare Department at Zonal Railway.
2. The nominated Nodal Officer shall obtain details (photographs, videos etc. of the Campaign) of DLC Campaign from each Division on daily basis under their jurisdiction and share it with Board’s office & DoPPW.
3. The details of Nodal Officers nominated may be provided to Board’s Office (email-rajesh.22sehra[at]gov.in) in the following format.
