Subject: – Updation of NABH Accreditation status of Sonia Hospital (A unit of Altius Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.), 1, Gulshan Park, Main Rohtak Road, Nangloi, Delhi-110041 from Non-NABH to NABH Accredited.
With reference on the above subject, approval is hereby granted to Sonia Hospital (A unit of Altius Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.), 1, Gulshan Park, Main Rohtak Road, Nangloi, Delhi-110041, empanelled under CGHS Delhi/NCR, as a Non-NABH Heath Care Organization to be upgraded as a NABH Accredited Health Care Organization.
Scope of Accreditation:
Clinical Services: Anesthesiology including Critical Care, Cardiology including interventional Cardiology, Dermatology and Venereology, General Medicine including Emergency Medicine, General Surgery including Laparoscopic Surgery, Medical Gastroenterology including Endoscopy, Nephrology including Dialysis, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics and GynecologyExcluding High Risk Pregnancy Cases, Ophthalmology. Orthopedic Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology, Pediatrics including Neonatology, Psychiatry (OPD), Urology; Diagnostic Services: 2D Echo, CT Scanning, DSA Lab/Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Spirometry, Tread Mill Testing, Ultrasound, X-ray; Laboratary Services: Clinical Bio-Chemistry, Clinical Microbiology and Serology, Clinical Pathology, Hematology;
2. The other terms and conditions of empanelment shall remain unchanged.
