Re-opening of SPARROW Portal upto 28.02.2026 as an exception for Group ‘B’ officers of RBSS, RBSSS and Miscelllaneous Cadres posted in Railway Board.

In continuation of the earlier Circular No. ERB-I/2025/13/Misc-AIPR dated 30.12.2025, requesting all Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ officers posted in the Board’s office-including those belonging to RBSS, RBSSS, Miscellaneous Cadres and those on deputation to other organizations, to file their Annual Immovable Property Return (AIPR) for the year 2025 (as on 01.01.2026) online through the SPARROW portal by 31.01.2026; it has now been decided to re-open the said portal for a further period upto 28.02.2026, for Group ‘B’ officers of RBSS, RBSSS, and Miscellaneous Cadres, posted in Board’s office to facilitate submission of AIPR.
2. Officers are advised to treat this extension as an exception. It is reiterated that timely submission of AIPRs from the next year onwards is mandatory and should be strictly adhered to.
3. All other terms and conditions regarding the filing of the AIPR shall remain the same, as stipulated in the aforementioned Circular dated 30.12.2025.
4. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
