In pursuance of Ministry’s O.M. F.No. 5-34/CGHS/HEC(HQ)/2025 dated 22/12/2025, Following Hospitals are empaneled for all available facilities under CGHS Bengaluru with effect from 27/3/2026 and accepted the CGHS package rates for a period of three years as per the terms and conditions of empanelment laid down in the MOA.
