Submission of claims/ bills through Fax/ E-mail or any other mode of communication upto 30th September, 2020.
Reference: HQrs. circular no. AN/III/3012/Circular/Vol. VIII dated 27th March 2020, 9th April 2020 & 18th June, 2020.
Please refer to HOrs. circular dated 27th March, 2020 vide which decision of the Competent Authority was conveyed for submission of bills through fax/ email or any other mode of communication upto 31st March 2020 followed by extension of date upto 31st May 2020 and subsequently upto 30st June, 2020.
2. Now, it has been decided by the Competent Authority to further extend the date for submission of bills by fax/ emails or any other mode of communication to DDOs upto 30th September, 2020 subject to observance of all necessary audit checks. Other terms and condition will remain same.
