Sub: Maintenance of reservation roster on HRMS.
The modules for maintenance of reservation roster for recruitment quota, LDCE quota and promotional quota were launched on HRMS at different stages and even after lapse of substantial period of time, the rosters for large number of cadres are yet to be created on HRMS. As may be seen from the statement generated from HRMS enclosed herewith, only 26.19% rosters for recruitment quota, 36.59% rosters for LDCE quota and 53.77% rosters for promotional quota have been created so far on HRMS.
2. The Parliamentary Committees and the Commissions for SC/ST/OBC are regularly emphasizing on the need for proper maintenance of the reservation rosters. The HRMS modules of the rosters are very important tools for ensuring the same. Early completion of rosters creation on HRMS is also required for correct assessment of vacancies as well as for conducting of the selections for promotion.
3. It is advised to reconcile the data in respect of number of roster to be created and number of roster created as shown in the statement enclosed and deviation noticed if any may be got corrected on HRMS.
4. It is further advised that creation of remaining rosters on HRMS should be completed not later than 30.06.2026. Progress in this regard may be regularly monitored by PCPOs to ensure that the target date is not exceeded in any case.
